Client agreement
Campaign terms
Version 2026-07-22
These terms govern a client's use of ReachAI to research business leads, create AI-personalized videos, host lead pages, and prepare outreach.
Client authority and lawful use
The client confirms that it has a lawful basis and all permissions required to provide campaign data, use supplied materials, contact each recipient, and direct the creation and delivery of personalized content in every targeted jurisdiction. The client must not target minors or use the service for unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive, defamatory, intimate, political, medical, financial, employment, housing, or credit decisions.
AI likeness rules
The client must not present generated content as an authentic recording, imply that a depicted person endorsed the client, or remove AI disclosures. A public profile photo does not automatically grant unrestricted commercial likeness rights. Where prior consent is required, the client is responsible for obtaining it before generation or distribution.
Human approval
Every video and outreach message must be reviewed and approved by an authorized person before sending. The client is responsible for factual claims, offers, audience selection, and final campaign content.
Email and privacy compliance
The client must comply with applicable direct-marketing, privacy, publicity, consumer-protection, and AI-transparency laws. This includes using accurate sender information, a non-deceptive subject, a valid postal address, a working opt-out method, and honoring objections, suppression requests, and deletion rights.
Removal requests
The client authorizes ReachAI to pause outreach, suppress a recipient, and remove personalized assets when reasonably necessary to honor an objection, legal request, platform policy, or safety concern.
Service limits
The service depends on third-party data, AI, hosting, email, and booking providers. Outputs may contain errors and delivery is not guaranteed. The service is provided subject to the agreed commercial order and applicable law; it is not legal advice.
Responsibility
The client is responsible for its campaign instructions and use of outputs. To the extent permitted by law, the client will defend and indemnify ReachAI against third-party claims arising from unlawful client-provided data, missing permissions, prohibited targeting, misleading claims, or outreach sent contrary to these terms.
