ReachAI helps businesses create short, one-to-one outreach videos. A video may use a professional profile photo and public business information to generate an artificial scene personalized to the intended recipient.

What the video is

The video is generated or materially altered with artificial intelligence. It is a fictional creative presentation, not a recording of an event that happened. The depicted person did not perform the generated actions and should not be understood to endorse the sender, its products, or its claims.

Why you see an acceptance notice

Before the video is displayed, the intended recipient is shown this disclosure and can choose whether to view it. Acceptance records the date, the disclosure version, and limited technical information needed to document that choice. A browser cookie remembers the choice for that particular video.

Removal and objections

The recipient can decline, request deletion of the page and generated assets, or object to further outreach. The sender and its service providers must honor applicable deletion, objection, and marketing opt-out rights.

No transfer of identity rights

Viewing the video does not make the recipient a spokesperson, customer, or endorser and does not transfer ownership of their name, image, voice, or likeness.
