How it is used

Information is used to identify relevant business prospects, create and review personalized outreach, deliver an approved campaign, measure campaign activity, handle objections and deletion requests, prevent duplicate messages, and maintain service security.

Sources and service providers

Data may come from the campaign client, professional networking profiles, public business sources, and business-data providers. Vendors may process data for hosting, email delivery, research, image or video generation, voiceover, booking, and analytics under their own contractual and legal obligations.

Choices

Recipients may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or an end to direct marketing where applicable. Marketing objections are honored for future campaigns, even when other records must be retained for legal or security reasons.
